Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tantivo’s software and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Tantivo provides business management software for managed IT service providers, delivered as a hosted subscription.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Subscriptions and billing

The Service is sold as a per-seat monthly subscription. Fees, billing, cancellation, and refunds are described on our Pricing & Refunds page.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You grant Tantivo the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Service to you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Text messages (SMS)

Tantivo offers an optional SMS ticket-alert program that signed-in users may enroll themselves in. That program has its own terms, including message frequency, opt-out instructions, and how mobile information is handled. See our SMS Terms of Service.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and content, is owned by Tantivo and its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you no ownership rights in the Service.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tantivo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time as described on the Pricing & Refunds page. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
