Why this exists
Ask an MSP owner what they run on and you get a list: a PSA for tickets, a CRM for the pipeline, a spreadsheet for time, an accounting package for invoices, a marketing tool nobody has logged into since the trial, and a client portal that looks like it belongs to somebody else’s company.
Every one of those tools is fine on its own. The cost is in the seams. The deal you closed does not become the contract you bill. The hours your technician logged do not become the invoice line. The client who has been unprofitable for eight months looks fine in every individual system, because no single system can see the whole picture.
Tantivo is the argument that the seams are the product. One data model, covering acquisition through delivery through billing, so a client moves through one system and each stage hands the next real records rather than a CSV and somebody’s memory.
And because it is one model, AI has something worth reading. An assistant that can see the ticket, the contract, the time logged and the account history at once is useful in a way that a chatbot bolted onto a single tool simply cannot be.
