Tantivo is in private trial while we onboard our first managed service providers, so the numbers are not public yet. What is settled is the shape: one plan, priced on your own staff seats, with the whole platform in it.

Client-side users are free

Why is pricing not published?
Because we are in private trial and onboarding a handful of MSPs at a time. A public price list implies you can sign up today and you cannot. When we open to the public, the numbers go on this page.
What does the trial actually involve?
You get the whole platform, not a cut-down build. We help you bring across clients, contracts and open work, and stay close while you run real jobs through it. In return we want your honest reaction — there is a feedback button on every screen and we read all of it.
Is there a setup fee or a minimum term?
Nothing to discuss on this page yet, and that is exactly the kind of thing we would rather agree with you directly than bury in a footnote. Ask when we talk.
What if we want to leave?
You export everything yourself, from inside the app, whenever you like — no ticket, no fee. It is generated from the database schema so nothing is quietly left out. See the security page.
Do you take a cut of payments?
No. Card and ACH payments run through your own Stripe account under Stripe’s pricing. Tantivo is never in the money path.
