How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service, or where required by law.
Text messages (SMS)
If you turn on text alerts inside the Service, we collect the mobile number you enter. Providing it is optional and you opt in for yourself from your own account settings — no one else can enrol you — and consent is not a condition of purchase or of your employment.
We use that number only to send you operational alerts about your own support tickets: for example, when a ticket is assigned to you, or when an urgent unassigned ticket needs whoever is on call. We do not send marketing text messages.
Mobile information is never sold, and is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose your number only to the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
Message frequency varies with your ticket volume, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also turn alerts off at any time in your account settings. Opting out stops the messages and does not otherwise affect your use of the Service.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
